Our firm was established in 1983, born out of a need to represent towns south of Keene. Those towns include: Winchester, Swanzey, Richmond and Fitzwilliam. We are a small firm and work together as a team so you'll receive the personal treatment you desire. 

Our agents actively participate in government and civic organizations in these towns. This involvement, allows us to better serve customers because of our knowledge of these communities and the properties we market in them. After all, when a customer is searching for a new home, they are not just buying a building or land, they are buying a piece of a neighborhood.
